Kevin joined CBRE in 2010 and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2020, becoming the youngest professional to achieve this title in New Jersey. He is the go to Industrial real estate broker in the state with an extensive background in Industrial real estate market. His industrial brokerage team is amongst the top industrial teams in the country, with transaction values in more than $1.8 Billion dollars, since 2019. Kevin is also the captain of the CBRE’s basketball team.

We are pleased to have Lisa Brinkman for today’s conversation. As a Client Relationship Manager with JLL, Lisa Brinkman brings more than 30 years of experience driving Strategic Real Estate Planning, Facilities and Project Management, along with Procurement and Operational Support.  Prior to JLL, she was involved in real estate site selection, project and facilities management with both NELSON and HOK, respectively.  

Lisa specializes in key components of Business Development, including Strategic Planning and Service Delivery with a broad understanding of corporate culture, which leads to enhanced project success.  She has been a member of CoreNet NJ for many years and we are pleased to offer her insight in our latest podcast.
