Our presenter, Steve Schwartz has worked in the real estate, construction and interiors industry for three decades. He is the author of industry white papers on marketing and construction and has been a speaker to associations such as IFMA, BOMA, ASIS, and FSDNY. He has served on advisory boards of the NYC Building Department as well as committees of the American Hotel and Lodging Association. He has been a presenter on topics related to sustainability and modular construction methods throughout North America with groups such as AIA, USGBC, and IIDA. He is a BIFMA CEU Faculty member. Steve has a B. A. in Economics from Drew University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Iona College, Hagan School of Business
