CoreNet NJ is pleased to present the final part of a workshop covering the strategies and underlying psychology of negotiations through the lens of corporate real estate transactions and disputes. In an interactive format, the seminar will focus heavily on hands-on negotiating exercises aimed at building trust and exposing the potential frailties of new coalitions.

Attendance at Part 1 of the workshop is not a prerequisite and a brief overview of the foundational topics discussed in Part 1 will be covered at the beginning of the session.
This workshop will be led again by Philip Neuer Esq., MCR. Philip has over forty years of corporate real estate experience and is also an adjunct professor at NYU's Graduate School of Real Estate - Schack Institute and Rutgers Law School, where he teaches courses on negotiation.
